Spring is Here at Last!

It's been awhile since I last posted. The winter was long and boring and we didn't do very much other than try not to die of boredom. Now that Spring is here we love being outside every chance we get. Unfortunately, the last two weeks have been cold again but we still find opportunities to play with friends or go to the library. I used to not be a fan of taking a lot of library books home for fear we would lose them but I found an awesome library bag so we checked out 11 the other week and we'll go get more tomorrow. Here are just a few of the fun pictures we've taken the last month!

One of Becca's favorite games with Daddy is to pretend his feet have personality. She talks, feeds, listens, and asks them to follow her around. Its an easy game for Kieran (notice the phone still in his hand) because all he has to do is take his shoes off and wiggle his feet and it cracks Becca up hysterically.

 I love bubble blowing pictures!

Family Pictures 2012

This years family pictures were taken by Cheap Shots. I love the pictures and the company. They do such a great job and are so reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them.
Don't I have the most beautiful family!

River Trip 2012

We just returned from another successful year at my uncle's river house in Big River, CA. It is always so great to be there with our family and to spend the holiday's with them. Kieran couldn't come this year, he stayed home to work while Becca and I went with my family. It was great to be with my family but I sure did miss him so much! It was such a wonderful reunion to see him again.
We completed 3 floats (which are my favorite part) and only one did Becca not enjoy only because the current was so strong that she had to be thrown into the little raft we brought for her. Some of the family swam across the river and back with much effort. And of course we spent lots of time gathered around talking which truly reminds me how grateful I am to have such a wonderful family that likes to be together.
I hope that we can continue to have get togethers like this in the future, every year we have more and more people and it just becomes more wonderful! Thanks Scott and Debbie for inviting us!
Look at that face! This was during a potty break on our way down.

This is in the "Crow's Nest" that overlooks the river. My girl is such a cheese!
