We've resolved to just let her play with food in the hopes that some of it will make it in her mouth

Well well, we've had an eventful year so far. We moved into our own apartment, we absolutely love it but miss being so close to family. I started school again. I'm taking 12 credits and although it makes for a long day and lots of relying on family to watch Becca I love being back at school. Kieran is having a fantastic semester so far and we are all excited to see him excited about school and succeeding. Becca is over 6 months now and she thinks she's a big girl. Right now the fight is to get her to eat baby food. She would rather hold something in her hand and eat it herself. She doesn't understand why we keep forcing it on her. Kieran and my 2 year anniversary is in just a couple weeks and my wonderful husband has already made extravagent plans. I can't wait to see what we're doing.
I have such a wonderful husband. He works so hard to keep his girls happy even when we're being completely ridiculous. How did I get so lucky?
I am so happy with life right now. I have a wonderful family and we are so blessed to have the opportunity to attend BYU, be close enough to family to help with Becca, and have a beautiful home to call our own.
We're looking forward to seeing what this year brings us. It's a good feeling to know that whatever comes we'll be together.
